Giovanni Pacelli

Giovanni Pacelli is a seasoned finance and tax professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, investor relations, and tax management. Currently serving as Senior Director of FP&A and Investor Relations at Silicon Labs since July 2018, Giovanni previously held senior leadership positions at AMD, NXP Foundation, NXP Semiconductors, Freescale Semiconductor, Seahawk Drilling, Hercules Offshore, Transocean, and Ernst & Young. Giovanni's educational background includes a Master of Professional Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Giovanni has a strong track record in developing global tax strategies, managing financial operations, and supporting educational initiatives in STEM through involvement with the NXP Foundation.
