Nestor Ho Gutierrez

Nestor Ho Gutierrez serves as the V.P., Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Silicon Laboratories since 2003, where notable achievements include establishing the legal department as its first in-house counsel, being named Best In-House Counsel in Austin by the Austin Business Journal in 2006, and leading over $3 billion in M&A transactions. Gutierrez has directed 20 international subsidiaries, managed complex litigation worldwide, and successfully reorganized the corporation's global tax structure, including negotiations with the Singaporean government for the establishment of international headquarters. Prior to Silicon Laboratories, Gutierrez held significant roles at 3M Company as Assistant Chief IP Counsel and Senior Division Counsel, and worked as a Litigation Associate at Arnold, White and Durkee and Faegre & Benson LLP. Academic credentials include an LLM in International Law from The University of Texas at Austin, a JD from Indiana University Bloomington, an MBA in Finance from St. Edward's University, and a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
