Sarah Boulden

Sarah Boulden is a Partner at Silicon Legal Strategy, where since October 2013, expertise has been applied in transactional legal matters for emerging technology companies and venture capital investors. Responsibilities include day-to-day counseling, corporate governance, intellectual property protection, and advising on financings and mergers. Additionally, since August 2024, Sarah Boulden has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, co-teaching Venture Law. Previous roles range from Summer Associate at Silicon Legal Strategy to Judicial Clerk at the Federal District Court and Director of Publishing Services at Independent Book Publishing Company.
