Edward C.

Edward C. has worked in various roles since 1988. Edward began their career at Taiwan Electric Company as a Principal Engineer from 1988 to 2001, where they were responsible for setting up SPC tooling for engineering troubleshooting and co-working with IT people to compose a home-made photo advance process control system. Edward then moved to Shanghai SMIC as Quality Engineering Manager from 2001 to 2003, where they were in charge of recruiting offshore and local employees, new comer training, project control for factory ramp up, quality system set up, customer quality system and complaint follow up, and was 4 sections manager. From 2003 to 2012, they worked at Advanced Microelectronic Products Inc. as GM Office Manager, where they were responsible for HR, general affairs, material control, employee safety and environment management, IT, and was the daily production meeting chairman backup for GM and/or fab director. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Microcell Composite Company as Factory Manager, where they attempted to apply high tech management skills to ease the production line productivity issue. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at SPIL as Engineering Department Manager, where they were the QE new comer and Fan-out mini-line new technology project team QE head to integrate cross-department issues during the new technology developing. Finally, they have been working at Silicon Line GmbH since 2019 as Quality Manager.

Edward C. completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics from Tamkang University. Edward then went on to obtain their Master's degree in EMBA from National Chiao Tung University between 2005 and 2007.
