Susan Chen

Susan Chen has been working in the supply chain and operations management field since 1997. Susan began their career as a Senior Customer Service at Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. In 2001, they moved to VIA Technology, Inc. as a Production Control Manager. In 2008, they took on the role of Operation Director at RedMere Tecnology, where they managed overall offshore issues requested from Headquarter, including global supply chain management, supply-demand analysis, planning & logistics, inventory control, sales & marketing, and financial & technical support. In 2013, Susan Chen moved to Silicon Line GmbH as a Senior Supply Chain Manager, where they managed overall offshore issues requested by Headquarter, performed supply-demand analysis based on sales monthly forecasts, and managed inventory planning and control, customer order fulfillment, and logistics.

Susan Chen obtained their MBA in International Business and Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Providence University between 1991 and 1995. Susan also holds a CPIM certification.
