Matt Ritter

Matt Ritter is an experienced engineering and operations executive with a diverse background in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and previously as Director of Engineering at Source Code since August 2018, Ritter also holds the position of General Manager and has advanced through several leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Director of Product Management, at Silicon Mechanics since May 2013. Prior experience includes a contract role at Google as Partner Operations Lead from May 2011 to May 2013 and service in the US Army, where Ritter held positions as Squad Leader and Team Leader from October 2004 to February 2011. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from American Military University.
