Michele Enrici

Michele Enrici has a diverse work experience. Michele started their career in 2014 as a Carrier Sales Associate at Echo Global Logistics and then moved to Chicago Costume Co. in 2015 as a Manager. In 2017, they joined Venmo, where they held three roles: Support Team Lead, Executive Escalations Specialist & Project Manager, and Technical Support Specialist. In 2022, they began their current role as Product Owner & Customer Lead at Silicon Mountain, where they manage stakeholder communication and resource management for IDIQ contracts. Michele also evaluates and prioritizes work order of initiatives from user-centric, tool agnostic discovery processes.

Michele Enrici obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General from Saint Louis University between 2007 and 2011. Michele has also obtained several certifications, including How to Handle Poor Performers from LinkedIn in July 2021, Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2021, Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in February 2021, and Certified Scrum Product Owner\u00ae (CSPO\u00ae) from the Scrum Alliance in January 2023.
