David Harper

David Harper has a diverse work experience, starting as an Economic Researcher at the University of Tennessee from August 2009 to May 2011. David then worked as an Economist at the Department of the Interior from August 2011 to January 2014, where they conducted economic and financial analyses for the US offshore energy program. From January 2014 to October 2015, David served as a Senior Financial Analyst at HealthTrust Purchasing Group. David then joined Silicon Ranch Corporation, where they held various roles in project finance, including Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and Senior Director, from October 2015 to present. David currently holds the position of Vice President of Project Finance at Silicon Ranch Corporation.

David Harper earned a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics from The University of Georgia from 2004 to 2008. David later obtained a Master's Degree in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2009 to 2011.
