Philip Bredesen is the founding chairman at Silicon Ranch. Philip was previously the CEO of Silicon Ranch Corporation and before that, they served as the 48th governor of Tennessee from 2003 to 2011. Prior to their governorship, Bredesen was the mayor of Nashville from 1991 to 1999.
