Carrie Shang

Carrie Shang is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Panelist at the National Arbitration Forum and a Panel Arbitrator at the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration since January 2022 and August 2021, respectively. Shang holds an Assistant Professor position at the College of Business Administration - Cal Poly Pomona since August 2019 and co-chairs the Private International Law Interest Group for the American Society of International Law. Additional roles include involvement with the Membership Committee at the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center and serving as a UDRP Panelist for both the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and ADR.EU - Czech Arbitration Court. Shang has also served as ADR Counsel and Acting Chief Representative at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre from December 2016 to December 2018. Educational qualifications include a BA in Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD from the University of Southern California Law School.
