Les Schiefelbein is the CEO and founder of Schiefelbein Global Dispute Resolution, specializing in arbitrating and mediating complex multi-million dollar commercial and government disputes since 2013. As Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center, Schiefelbein promotes effective dispute resolution within the global technology sector. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, a Colonel in the USAF Judge Advocate, and various legal roles within Lockheed Corporation and the U.S. Department of Energy. Schiefelbein holds a Masters of Law in Government Contract Law from The George Washington University Law School, a Doctor of Law degree from Arizona State University, and completed additional studies at institutions including J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and The London School of Economics.
