Modar Alaoui

Modar Alaoui is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Founder and General Partner at ALM Ventures since June 2024, Modar focuses on seed and pre-seed investments in humanoid robotics and autonomous intelligence. As Founder and Chair of Humanoids Summit and President of Silicon Valley Robotics, Modar plays a pivotal role in advancing robotics initiatives. Additionally, as Founder and CEO of Eyeris since November 2013, Modar has pioneered in-cabin sensing AI for autonomous vehicles. Modar also holds advisory positions at InCabin, The Khronos Group, and Veylinx, while contributing to the Silicon Valley Education Foundation and Endeavor. Modar's academic foundation includes a degree from Concordia University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
