Heather Kintzel

Heather Kintzel is the Project Administrator at Silicon Valley Mechanical. Heather has over ten years of experience in project management and administration, sales, and customer service.

Heather began their career as an Office Manager and Senior Executive Assistant at Valley Process Systems, Inc. in 2007. In this role, they were responsible for managing the office, providing administrative support to the executive team, and coordinating projects.

In 2013, Heather left Valley Process Systems to join Tiffany & Co. as a Sales Professional. In this role, they provided outstanding customer service, generated new business, and increased overall sales. Heather received awards for their high rate of positive client comments and was consistently recognized for their exceptional performance.

In 2014, Heather left Tiffany & Co. to join RAY L. HELLWIG PLUMBING & HEATING, INC. as their Assistant Project Manager. In this role, they built trusting relationships with clients, management, contractors, and workers by efficiently supporting the project administrative infrastructure. Heather also managed communication and coordination of project requirements, changes, and milestones.

In 2016, Heather left RAY L. HELLWIG PLUMBING & HEATING to join Total Facility Solutions as their Project Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish. Heather coordinated with clients, contractors, and workers to ensure that projects were completed on time and within budget.

Heather has been with Silicon Valley Mechanical since 2018 and has been instrumental in the company’s success. Heather is a highly skilled project manager with a proven track record of delivering results. Heather is a trusted advisor and confidante to the executive team and is respected by their colleagues for their knowledge and expertise.

Heather Kintzel attended West Valley College, where they studied Communications and Administration. Heather then went on to Prospect High School.

Heather Kintzel reports to Ryan Wall, CEO & Partner. They work with Michelle Kaye - Project Manager, Emily Mello - Administrator, and Jasmina Madzar - Project Administrator.
