Lauren Cromwell is the Pre-Construction Manager at Silicon Valley Mechanical. Lauren has been with the company for six years and six months, and has held the positions of Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer. Lauren has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly State University.

Before joining Silicon Valley Mechanical, Lauren was a Project Engineer at Critchfield Mechanical, Inc., where they designed HVAC systems using AutoCAD and engineering skills. Lauren also optimized center of gravity and MOI properties by using different material constructions and mass distributions, and created desired head shapes and cosmetics.

Lauren began their career as an Instructional Student Assistant at Cal Poly State University, where they graded homework for statics, dynamics, design, or Solidworks 3D modeling courses. Lauren also tested golf clubs for statistical information such as moment of inertia, and compared the distances that the ball travels when using heel, toe, and center of the putter. Lauren also interned as a Manufacturing Engineer at TaylorMade-adidas Golf and as an Assistant Project Engineer at University Mechanical.

Lauren Cromwell has a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in Mechanical Engineering from 2007-2011. Lauren was involved in American Society of Heat Refrigeration Engineers and Pi Tau Sigma Mechanical Engineering Honors Society while they attended Cal Poly. Lauren also studied at Hochschule München in 2010. Cromwell is now a Professional Engineer.
