Mindi Perez

Mindi Perez has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Mindi most recently worked as an HR Specialist at Silicon Valley Mechanical, Inc. starting in November 2021. Prior to that, Mindi worked at Actalent as an Account Manager, Allied Health from September 2020 to November 2021. Mindi also gained experience as a Sales Representative at Paycom from November 2019 to July 2020. Before joining Paycom, Mindi worked as a Staffing Manager, Manufacturing and Logistics at Randstad USA from June 2018 to October 2019. Mindi started their career as a Summer Intern at Sherwin-Williams Paints in June 2015, then went on to become an Assistant Manager from June 2016 to August 2017, and finally became a Store Manager from August 2017 to June 2018. In their role as Store Manager, Mindi was responsible for managing a store that catered to commercial contractors, residential contractors, and homeowners. Mindi excelled in building relationships with clients, analyzing financial statements, implementing sales growth plans, and training employees. Overall, Mindi has a strong background in HR, account management, sales, and leadership roles.

Mindi Perez attended Princeton High School from 2008 to 2012. Following high school, they enrolled at Santa Rosa Junior College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration for Transfer with Honors, specializing in Business Management. In 2014, Mindi continued their education at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they focused on Business Management Economics until 2016.
