Anna Kozlova is a Project Facilitator at HTS, An Affiliate of HBS since September 2022 and concurrently serves as a Clinical Educator at Silicon Valley Medical Development since March 2022. Previous roles include Assistant Manager at Stanford Health Care from 2010 to October 2021, where responsibilities encompassed planning and managing a high-velocity unit and providing care for 35,000 employees, in addition to serving as an Oncology RN and Nurse Educator in both inpatient and outpatient clinics. Anna is a three-time Olympian and two-time bronze medalist in synchronized swimming, competing for the USA from August 1992 to September 2004. Educational qualifications include a BSN in Nursing with a minor in Psychology from San Jose State University, a certification in Interior Design from The Art Institute of New York City, a Revit BIM degree from the Virtual Design & Construction Institute, and a Google Project Management Specialization from Coursera.
