Tiina Sepp

Tiina is a Founder of BioAntares LLC and Senior Consulting Partner at Bridge4Bio Global Consulting team. She has more than 25 years of research and business experience in the San Francisco Bay area Life Science Industry. Tiina has worked with medium and large-cap global organizations, as well as small start-ups. Her experience includes new product and market development and global product launches in the Diagnostic and Life Science industry.

Prior to starting her own business, Tiina worked at Amersham BioSciences (Now part of GE Healthcare), Clontech/Becton Dickinson BioSciences (Now Takara), Invitrogen Corporation (Now Thermo Fisher), and at smaller start-ups.

Tiina completed her graduate studies at Max Planck Institute for Biochemistry in Munich, Germany, followed by post-doctoral studies at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) where she later was a staff scientist at the School of Medicine.
