Neil Gannaway

Neil Gannaway is an accomplished sales professional with a diverse background in customer service and relationship building. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative and Glazing Specialist at Silicone Specialties, Inc. since September 2025, Neil has previously held roles at Admiral Distribution and Amwins. With experience as a Brand Ambassador for Primo Golf Apparel, Neil successfully enhanced brand awareness through innovative social media content. A former professional golfer on the PGA TOUR, Neil earned recognition as one of the top 3,000 golfers globally and managed significant competition costs while maintaining budgets for major tournaments. Neil also has customer service experience from positions at Sand Valley Golf Resort and Hyatt Regency Orlando, where efficiency improvements were implemented. Neil holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Tennessee Technological University.
