Maka Kavkavashvili started their work experience in 2004 as a Senior Account Manager at Silk Road Group and continued working there until 2005. Maka then worked as a Senior Accountant at JSC New Hotel from 2006 to 2006. After that, they became a Senior Accountant at Development Solutions LLC from 2007 to 2007. Maka then worked as a Treasury Manager at Development Solutions LLC from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Silk Road Group again, this time as the Head of Treasury. Later in 2010, they worked as a Finance Manager at Georgia Hotel Management LLC.
Maka Kavkavashvili obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Monitoring & Audit from Tbilisi State University, which they attended from 1999 to 2003.
