Teona Gelashvili has extensive experience in administrative and human resources roles, currently serving as a Document Controller at Silk Road Group since May 2017, focusing on real estate development. Prior to this position, Teona held the title of Head of Administration and Human Resources at MQS LTD from April 2012 to May 2017, where involvement included significant projects such as the South Caucasus Pipeline Exploration and Shah Deniz 2. Teona's career began as a Senior Specialist at the Development Service of Economic and Infrastructure from August 2011 to April 2012 and included a role as a Sales Agent at PrivatBank from May 2010 to July 2011. Teona holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Tourism Management from Ilia State University, completed in 2010.
