Shamsul Hasan

Mr. Shamsul Hasan was appointed by the Board as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Bank in November 2012 and was re-elected as an Independent Director by the shareholders of the Bank in August 2014 and has held this position since then. He is also the Chairman of the Risk Committee of the Board.
