Lone Lyrskov

Lone Lyrskov is an experienced public sector leader currently serving as Formand for Kommunaldirektørforeningen since August 2024 and as Kommunaldirektør for Silkeborg Kommune since August 2015. Previously, Lyrskov held the position of Kommunaldirektør for Herning Kommune from March 2012 to July 2015 and for Glostrup Kommune from August 2006 to February 2012. Additionally, Lyrskov has been a Bestyrelsesmedlem at Herning Folkeblads Fond since October 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Management and several higher diplomas in organizational management and accounting from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Midtjysk Handelshøjskolecenter.
