Kate Douglas has been working in various roles since 2009. Kate began their career at Bowood House and Gardens as a Playground Assistant, Playground Supervisor, Waitress, Admissions, and Operations Assistant. In 2013, they joined Alpine Elements as a Resort Representative, and in 2014, they were promoted to Bar Supervisor. In 2016, they were an Assistant Manager at Hollister Co. and a Chalet Manager for Ski Val. In 2018, they joined Spaces as a Community Manager, and in 2019, they worked as a Community Manager for Regus and an Assistant Manager and FARM team member for lululemon. Currently, they are a Senior Community Manager at SilkFred.com, where they are responsible for creating and implementing ideas to raise the bar of brand partner service and increase engagement within the brand community.

Kate Douglas completed their English Literature BA Hons from the University of Reading between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Sheldon School from 2003 to 2010. Kate has also obtained multiple certifications, including Elevating Coaching Skills from Duke Corporate Education in December 2021, Coaching for Excellence from Duke Corporate Education in October 2021, Strengthening Workplace Wellness from Duke Corporate Education in July 2021, Optimizing Self Awareness from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in April 2021, Building Resilience & Preventing Burnout from Duke Corporate Education in March 2021, and a Certificate III in Fitness from the Australian Fitness Academy in September 2017.
