Otar Nozadze

Otar Nozadze has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Radio Network Planning and Optimization Chief Engineer at Silknet since July 2021, after progressing from roles such as Radio Network Planning and Optimization Engineer and Head of Mobile NOC. Prior to this, Otar spent 18 years at Geocell, holding positions including Chief Engineer and Engineer. Otar's career began at the Administration of the Government of Georgia as a Switch Engineer from April 2001 to August 2003. Otar holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, both from Georgian Technical University.
