Fuad Gasimzade

Fuad Gasimzade has extensive work experience in the aviation industry, specifically in information technology departments. Fuad currently holds the position of Head of IT Department at Silk Way West Airlines, which they started in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Information Technology Department at Silk Way Airlines, starting in February 2014. Before joining Silk Way Airlines, Fuad worked at Azerbaijan Airlines as the Deputy Manager of the Information Technology Department from March 2010 to August 2023.

Fuad Gasimzade obtained a Master of Science degree in Data Communication from Brunel University London from 2007 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in cybersecurity. These include Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity from Palo Alto Networks in January 2021, IT Security: Defense against the digital dark arts from Coursera in November 2020, Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools & Cyber Attacks from Coursera in November 2020, and Introduction to Cybersecurity for Business from Coursera in October 2020.
