Rauf Bakhishov

Rauf Bakhishov currently holds multiple titles at Silk Way West Airlines, including Deputy Head of Department, Lead Financial Analyst, and Financial Reporting Specialist. Prior to their current position, Rauf worked at The State Agency on Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Department of Investments and Project Management. Rauf holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, a Master of Public Administration in State and Municipal Management from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Regulation of Economy from Azerbaijan State University of Economics • UNEC.
