Samir Novruzlu

Samir Novruzlu has over 20 years of diverse experience in aviation and management. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of the Flight Dispatch Department at Silk Way West Airlines since July 2013, Samir is also a FAA Licensed Flight Dispatcher and Flight Operations Officer. Prior roles include Procurement Officer at Todini Costruzioni Generali Spa, HR Manager at "Qafqaz Holding" Ltd, and Administrator Assistant in PMV and Procurement at Consolidated Contractors International Company. Samir holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy and has further education from Sheffield School of Aeronautics.
