Jaeson Taylor began their work experience as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Personal Financial Services division of the Tax and Legal Services department. Jaeson provided tax planning and compliance services to high net worth individuals from 2000 to 2001. Jaeson then worked as a Partner at Kelley & Ferraro, LLP in the Litigation department from 2002 to 2014, handling cases related to toxic tort, products liability, personal injury, workers compensation, and probate. In 2015, they started their own law firm, The Law Office of Jaeson L. Taylor, where they served as the Owner and focused on representing injured workers and victims of exposure to toxic substances, such as asbestos. Jaeson fought major international corporations and insurance companies throughout their career. In 2018, they joined Alex N. Sill Adjustment Company as the Regional Vice President.

Jaeson Taylor began their education at Saint Ignatius High School, where they completed a college preparatory program. After graduating from high school, they attended Washington & Jefferson College from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting/Pre-Law. Following their undergraduate studies, Jaeson enrolled at Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 1997 to 2000. During this time, they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, focusing on Law.

In addition to their formal education, Jaeson Taylor holds certifications in Public Insurance Adjuster from the Ohio Department of Insurance, obtained in November 2018, and as an Attorney from the Supreme Court of Ohio, acquired in November 2001.
