T James Oneto, Associate AIA, is an architectural designer currently employed at SILLMAN since October 2020, with prior experience as an architectural draftsman at rAd Architects and a project assistant at Brandon & Associates Consulting Ltd. T James Oneto holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from NewSchool of Architecture & Design, where formal education spanned from May 2015 to June 2019, and an Associate's Degree in Architecture from Northern Virginia Community College. Initial roles included extensive involvement in swim instruction and lifeguarding across various organizations, emphasizing safety, teaching diverse swimming skills, and fostering enjoyable experiences for participants. T James Oneto's background in both architecture and aquatic instruction reflects a strong commitment to safety, communication, and project development.
