Eynar Khaimov

Eynar Khaimov is an Associate in the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department and is resident in the Firm’s New York office. Mr. Khaimov’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, banks, insurance companies and private lenders in the acquisition, construction and permanent financing of multi-family, retail, hotel and mixed-use properties.

Mr. Khaimov regularly drafts a range of corporate documents in connection with commercial lending transactions. Since 2017, he has closed over 300 commercial lending transactions, servicing more than two billion dollars.

Skilled in connecting with clients, Mr. Khaimov learns their needs to help find innovative and practical solutions in the changing corporate and real estate environment.
