George R. Hirsch

George R. Hirsch is a Member of the Firm’s Litigation, Creditor’s Rights/Bankruptcy Reorganization and Cannabis Practice Groups. Mr. Hirsch has represented clients, including debtors, creditors, banks, insurance companies, landlords and foreign and domestic service, manufacturing and raw material companies throughout the United States. In addition to his litigation and bankruptcy work, Mr. Hirsch counsels clients on a variety of business issues, with an emphasis on secured creditor issues.

Mr. Hirsch began his career as Law Clerk to the Honorable Frank H. Freedman, U.S. District Judge, District of Massachusetts. He gained broad business litigation and bankruptcy law experience at several respected New York metropolitan area law firms before being recruited to join Sills Cummis & Gross in 2009.
