Greg Kopacz

Greg Kopacz is a seasoned legal professional specializing in bankruptcy, financial reorganization, and creditors' rights. Currently serving as a Member and Of Counsel at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. since November 2018, Greg has prior experience as a Financial Restructuring Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, and as a Finance & Restructuring Associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP. Greg began a career in restructuring and insolvency at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, where roles included Associate and a secondee providing in-house legal counsel at Valassis Communications, Inc. Academic achievements include an LLM in Banking and Financial Law and a JD, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, as well as a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Pepperdine University. Additional experience includes a Law Clerk position at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and summer associate roles at prominent law firms.
