Katheryn Daloia

Katheryn Daloia serves as the Attorney Recruiting Manager at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. since June 2018, where responsibilities include developing recruitment goals, overseeing associate and Of Counsel hiring, managing the summer internship program, and engaging in lateral partner hiring processes. Additionally, Katheryn is a Board Member of the Paralegal Association of New Jersey and a Notary Public for the State of New Jersey, with duties that involve certifying documents and administering oaths. Prior experience includes roles as a paralegal at Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost, P.C., McGivney & Kluger, PC, and Pressler & Pressler, as well as an apprenticeship at the Superior Court of New Jersey. Academically, Katheryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from York College of Pennsylvania and a degree in Paralegal Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
