Keith Hemming

Keith Hemming is a seasoned attorney specializing in commercial litigation, particularly in the construction industry, with a prominent focus on representing various stakeholders, including owners, contractors, subcontractors, and renewable energy firms. Since July 2021, Keith has been a member at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. After serving as a partner at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP from May 2003 to June 2021, Keith gained extensive experience prosecuting and defending claims across Federal and State courts, as well as arbitration tribunals. Prior experience includes working as an attorney at Peckar & Abramson, P.C., where litigation involved construction and real estate disputes, and serving as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Department of Law & Public Safety, focusing on federal civil rights litigation and labor disputes. Keith holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.
