Richard Sapinski

Richard Sapinski serves as a Partner at Sills Cummis Epstein & Gross since August 1987, specializing in the representation of businesses and individuals in federal and state criminal investigations, as well as civil tax matters before the IRS and state taxing authorities. Additionally, Richard represents clients in litigation related to tax issues in both federal and state courts and is active in disciplinary proceedings before professional licensing boards. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Special Trial Attorney at the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service from August 1977 to August 1987. Richard earned a law degree from Fordham University School of Law, attending from 1974 to 1977.
