Anil Kumar Pallala is currently the co-founder and executive director of Silly Monks Entertainment Limited. Anil has also previously founded Whacked Out Media Pvt Ltd and has been an audio engineer and promo producer for BIG FM. Anil's career in the media industry began in 2002 as a live sound and studio mixing engineer for Super Good Films. In 2006, they transitioned to promo production for BIG FM. In 2009, they and two friends founded Whacked Out Media Pvt Ltd, where they served as director of operations until 2013. In 2014, they co-founded Silly Monks Entertainment Ltd.

Anil Kumar Pallala studied Recording Arts at the Audio Engineer school. Anil specialized in Sound Mixing, Mastering, and Acoustics. Anil is also an Electronic Music Producer. Anil has a certification from YouTube in YouTube Certified - Audience Growth.
