Marlo Wilt, M.B.A., serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Siloam Health since May 2022 and has held multiple roles at Tennessee State University since May 2019, including Director of Public Service in the College of Business, where over $12,000 was raised and over $92,000 in scholarships secured for students. Prior experiences include serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Tennessee State University, Registrar and Volunteer Coordinator at Barefoot Republic Camp & Retreat Center, and Children's Ministry Coordinator at Men of Valor, among others. Marlo completed a Master of Business Administration at Lipscomb University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University.

Siloam Health is a faith-based, charitably funded nonprofit organization that provides affordable, high-quality, whole-person health care to the uninsured and underserved in Middle Tennessee as well as health promotion among Nashville’s immigrant and refugee populations. Through Siloam’s comprehensive medical care and community health programs, we address not only the physical health of those we serve, but their spiritual, emotional, and mental health as well. We also work through student education initiatives to mentor and train the next generation of health professionals and change the face of health care as usual.
