Rachelle Lamothe

Rachelle Lamothe is the current Chief Operating Officer at Silofit. Rachelle has over twenty years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on process improvement and global operations.

Lamothe began their career in 1990 as an assistant merchandiser at Gap Inc. Rachelle quickly rose through the ranks and became an associate buyer at Ann Taylor in 2001. In 2004, they left Ann Taylor to become the interim business finance manager at Sears Holdings Corporation.

In 2009, Lamothe joined U.S. Cellular as the manager of process improvement and reporting. Rachelle held this position for six years before moving to SoulCycle Inc. in 2015 as the vice president of global operations. Lamothe remained at SoulCycle for six years before joining Silofit as the COO in 2021.

Lamothe has a proven track record of success in the retail industry. Her experience in process improvement and global operations has helped their excel in their role as COO at Silofit.

Rachelle Lamothe has a MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in the field of Business/Commerce, General. Rachelle also has a B.A. from University of New Hampshire in Political Science and Government. Rachelle is certified from Loyola University Chicago in Project Management Certificate Program.

They work with Ilia Alshanetsky - CTO, Nick Denton - Director Of Operations, and Adrien Caranta - Director Of Engineering. Their manager is Wilfred Valenta, Co-Founder & CEO.
