Erin Tencic

Erin Tencic has a diverse work experience. Erin started their career as a Lifeguard at Chatham Fish & Game in 2012, where they ensured the safety of members and their children at the pool. Erin also assisted in opening and closing the pool and helped with swim meets. Erin held this position until 2016.

In 2017, Erin took on an internship at St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center. During this time, they performed various tasks such as paperwork, cleaning kennels and cat rooms, and providing assistance during doggy day care. Erin also handled mailing and organization duties, working alongside other volunteers and staff members. Their internship lasted from March to June 2017.

Later in 2017, Erin worked at Chatham Fish & Game as a Front Desk/Snack Shack worker. In this role, they demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and was responsible for organizing schedules and sign-in sheets. Additionally, they assisted customers at the snack shack, managed inventory, and performed cleaning tasks. Erin remained in this position until August 2018.

In 2019, Erin joined Steamboat Resort as a Cashier and Attendant. As part of their role, they handled cashier duties and attended to customer needs. Erin held this position for two months, from January to February 2019.

Erin Tencic completed their education from 2012 to 2016 at Chatham High School. In 2016, they enrolled at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they pursued a degree in Operations Information Management and Communication, respectively. Erin also attended the University of Tübingen for a short period in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Erin has obtained various certifications. Erin also holds the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from VMEdu Inc., which they obtained in 2021. In 2020, they earned the Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from VMEdu Inc. Furthermore, Erin completed several courses in Python and SQL, including Introduction to SQL, Joining Data in SQL, Data Types for Data Science in Python, Introductions to Databases in Python, and Introduction to Python, all from DataCamp.
