Sylvester Oni, CSM

Sylvester Oni, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sylvester started their career in 2015 at Home Depot as a Sales Associate before transitioning to Gold's Gym as a Front Desk Receptionist and later as a Fitness Consultant and Assistant Operations Manager. In 2016, they interned at FMHDMSRadio.net. In 2017, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Oakland Consulting Group, Inc. and SAIC. From 2018 to 2021, they joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) where they held various roles including Sourcing Recruiter, Intel Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter. In 2021, they moved to Amentum as a Technical Recruiter and then to Praxis Engineering in 2022 in the same role. Currently, they are working at SiloSmashers, Inc. as a Lead Recruiter/HR Generalist.

Sylvester Oni, CSM obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Virginia Union University. In addition to their academic achievements, they also hold a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, which they obtained in February 2023.
