Jennifer Naranjo

Jennifer Naranjo has a diverse work experience in the field of cyber operations and system administration. Jennifer started their career with the United States Air Force in 2010, where they served as an Instructor for Cyber Operations and later as an NCOIC for Cyber Systems Administration. In 2015, they were promoted to NCOIC for Cyber System Support, where they led a team providing maintenance and support for secure and unsecure voice networks. Jennifer then transitioned to a role as a Flight Chief for Cyber Weapon System Operations, where they supervised a team and coordinated projects for sustained Air Force network connectivity. In 2016, they became an Operations Superintendent for the Cyber Tactical Operations Center, where they led joint-member Cyber Mission Forces operations. From 2019 to 2020, they joined CRYSTAL CLEAR TECHNOLOGIES, INC as a Cyber Operations SME, managing and executing multiple projects and activities supporting operational solutions. In 2020, they joined Silotech Group, Inc as a Certified Scrum Master. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing complex projects and teams.

Jennifer Naranjo has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. Jennifer obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a concentration in Networking Fundamentals from DeVry University, where they studied Network and Communication Management from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, Jennifer earned an Associate's degree in Instructor of Technology and Military Science from the Community College of the Air Force, which they attended from 2010 to 2011. Jennifer also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 2007 and 2010. Jennifer's education journey began at the Community College of the Air Force, where they received an Associate's degree in Information Systems Technology, which lasted from 1999 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer Naranjo has obtained several certifications. In May 2013, they earned a Security + certification from CompTIA. More recently, in July 2021, Jennifer obtained an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Prior to that, in June 2020, they achieved a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification, also from the Scrum Alliance.
