Paul Gütschow

Paul Grzywacz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, compliance, and operational management, currently serving as the Governance and Compliance Director at DHL since October 2008. In this role, Paul has successfully developed operational solutions that generated significant revenue streams while also addressing systemic operational challenges through collaborative analysis with stakeholders. Previous positions include Program Manager for Government and Defense in the MENA region and Operations Manager in Iraq and Afghanistan, where Paul led contract negotiations and generated substantial annual revenues.
