Hari Nageshwar has held various roles in the past seven years. In 2022, they were appointed as Data Operations Manager at Silq. In 2021, they were Manager at DP World, where they developed and trained users on booking, tracking, and invoicing process on cargoes.com, and managed a team of 10 pricers and sales persons. In 2020, they were a Management Intern at ImpactGuru. From 2015 to 2021, they were Third and Fourth Engineer at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where they were responsible for maintenance of heavy oil and lube oil purifiers, air compressors, pumps, and lifesaving equipment; procurement planning and inventory control of oil and chemical stock on-board; and carried out dry dock for M.V. Maersk Aberdeen at COSO shipyard, Nantong, China.

Hari Nageshwar has an extensive educational background. Hari completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Supply Chain Management from IIM Udaipur in 2021. Prior to that, they completed a BE - Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from AMET UNIVERSITY in 2013. Hari also attended S.B.O.A madurai. Additionally, they have obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from Henry Harvin in July 2022 and a be global certification from Coursera in November 2019.
