Daniel Hain

Daniel Hain currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Siltronic AG, specializing in Legal & Compliance since November 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Trade Republic from April 2021 to September 2022, following a sabbatical from May 2020 to March 2021. Daniel's legal expertise includes significant experience in dispute resolution, having worked as a Senior Associate and Associate at CMS Law Tax from March 2017 to April 2020, and as a Research Associate at Taylor Wessing Germany from October 2013 to January 2017.
