Morten Tange

Morten Tange is an experienced professional in executive search and consulting, currently serving as a Headhunter and Executive Partner at AMBIZZION since January 2023. As the Owner of KarriereCoach since 2006, Morten established a firm focused on tailored solutions for individuals and businesses, specializing in outplacement and leadership challenges. Morten also leads Tange Gruppen, a consultancy covering management, talent development, and recruitment, while holding positions as Owner and Chairman of Add Value, Co-founder of Hügge Coworking, and Landedirekør at Silvaco Inc. Additionally, Morten has been a board member of event IT since November 2011 and has served as an Executive Search Consultant and Partner at INAC Executive Search Denmark and INAC Global Executive Search. Morten's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Career and Social Guidance from Aalborg University and Den Sociale Højskole.
