Rafael Braude Canterji

Rafael Braude Canterji currently serves as the Managing Partner and Criminal Law Coordinator at Silveiro Advogados since April 2021 and has been a Federal Counselor at the Conselho Federal da OAB since February 2019. Rafael has an extensive background in legal education, holding a professorship in Criminal Law at PUCRS from 2009 to March 2024 and previously at Uniritter from 2004 to 2009. Rafael's experience also includes significant roles in various legal organizations, such as Secretary-General at the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil - RS and General Director of the Escola Superior de Advocacia da OAB/RS. Rafael's educational qualifications include a Master's in Criminal Sciences and an ongoing Doctorate in People Management with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership from FGV EAESP, alongside completion of a Leadership in Law Firms program at Harvard Law School in October 2023.
