Austin Razor has extensive experience in recruitment and people operations, currently serving as the Manager of People Systems and Lead Pilot Recruiter at Silver Air Private Jets since March 2019. In this role, Austin manages the crew member recruitment plan to support company growth and employs various strategies to attract candidates.
