Patricia Mejia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and aviation. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Silver Airways since August 2021, Patricia previously held the position of Training Coordinator at World Atlantic Airlines for a brief period in 2020. Prior to this role, Patricia worked as a Recruiter at Silver Airways and accumulated significant experience at World Atlantic Airlines, where roles included Manager of In-Flight, Ground Instructor, and Senior Flight Attendant/Air Transportation Supervisor from 2010 to 2018. Additionally, Patricia began their career with Falcon Airways Express as Lead Flight Attendant from 2001 to 2010, showcasing a diverse background in both recruitment and aviation operations.

Silver Airways is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale (Florida) with a maintenance facility based at Orlando International Airport in Florida. The Silver Airways fleet is comprised of modern, state of the art ATR 600 aircraft with reliable, fuel-efficient turbo-prop engines. In the summer of 2018, Silver completed the acquisition of Seaborne Airlines, a San Juan, Puerto Rico-based air carrier serving destinations throughout Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other countries in the Caribbean. Seaborne provides connections throughout the Caribbean via the carrier’s hub in San Juan, while also serving as the most critical link between St. Croix and St. Thomas with the carrier’s seaplane operation.
