Mandy Griffith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounting and operations management within the seafood industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Plant Accountant at Silver Bay Seafoods, LLC since June 2021, Mandy has previously held various leadership roles, including Manager of Operations and Office Manager at Island Thyme. Additional experience includes managing the ORCAS ISLAND FARMERS MARKET ASSOCIATION and overseeing front office operations at Pronghorn Resort. Mandy's career at Silver Bay Seafoods includes positions as Office Manager and Human Resources/Safety Coordinator.
