Peter Doliber

Peter Doliber has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in the YMCA organizations, academia, healthcare, and the non-profit sector. Peter is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at the Silver Bay YMCA Conference and Family Retreat Center. Prior to this, they worked as the CEO of the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs, where they played a crucial role in the organization's growth and development. Additionally, they served as the Executive Director and CEO at the West Broad Street YMCA, focusing on revitalizing the organization and expanding its services. Peter also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Armstrong Atlantic State University and as the Owner of StepOne Communications, Inc, where they provided strategic support to healthcare organizations. Furthermore, they held positions such as Interim Executive Director at the Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless and Director Community Affairs at Memorial Health University Medical Center. Peter Doliber's education history begins in 1969 when they attended Reading Memorial High School and obtained their diploma in the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program in 1973. Peter then went on to Barrington College from 1973 to 1975. The degree and field of study for this period are not available. Following that, from 1977 to 1980, they attended Johnson & Wales University and obtained an AB in Business. From 1981 to 1984, they pursued an Associates degree in Theology at Way College of Biblical Research. Moving forward to 2000, Peter Doliber attended Armstrong State University, where they obtained a BA in General Studies with a minor in health administration from 2000 to 2003. Peter then continued their education at Armstrong State University and completed their Masters degree in Health Services Administration from 2003 to 2006. Simultaneously, during this period, they also pursued a Masters degree in Public Health from the same institution.

Silver Bay YMCA is a 118-year old conference and family retreat center on the shores of Lake George. Silver Bay hosts conferences, family reunions, family vacations, spiritual retreats, youth retreats, and men's and women's retreats on a 700-acre waterfront campus within the Adirondack Park of New York State. Silver Bay has a variety of accommodations from private-bath rooms and shared-bath rooms in historic buildings to private cottages located on the periphery of the campus. Silver Bay offers accommodations to fit all groups’ needs and budgets. As a courtesy to all conferences and groups, Silver Bay provides standard audio/visual as well as conferencing equipment and set up at no additional charge. As a membership organization comprised of 1500 families from the local community, throughout the Northeast and around the world, we offer a place for all. As a member of Silver Bay YMCA, you can swim and paddle on one of the cleanest lakes in the world; hike our many groomed trails, or relax on the Inn porch in one of our famous rockers.
